At a ceremony on April 12th, 2006 at Dixie Hollins High School in St. Petersburg, Past National Director and Founder of chapter 14 KWVA Charles (Chuck) Dawson presented to cadet Sgt. Stephan R. Gauthier the Korean Ceremonial Medal (designed and made by chapter 14) and the certificate. Lt. Col. Hunt Jr. Ret. praised Gauthier as an outstanding member of the ROTC and deserving of the award.
