The annual Ch. 14 picnic was held on Nov. 3rd despite moderate winds and a much lower Temp. Many members were present to observe the Dedication and last brick to the memorial installed. Pinells Park Officials were there as well as Kim Springsteen from the Lopez Chapter in Tampa. Again, the photography was accomplished by the un-official Ch. 14 photographer, Joe Sheehan. Following is some more from Joe: "THE FINAL TWO BRICKS WERE INSTALLED TODAY AT OUR CHAPTER 14 , KWVA WAR MEMORIAL AT PINELLAS PARK,FL .OUR PROJECT STARTED TO BUILD THE MEMORIAL IN 2002.THE MEMORIAL IS DEDICATED TO THE GREATER THAN 34,000 GI's WHO WERE KILLED IN ACTION OR WHILE AS POW's. FOR THE RECORD....THERE WERE 846 PURCHASED MEMORIAL BRICKS INSTALLED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SITE IN FREEDOM LAKE PARK IN PINELLAS PARK , FL."
