The 16th of August was a busy day for Chapter 14 KWVA. Early in the morning several of our members were present at Bay Pines when DAV 91 presented a new, $31000, van to the VAVS. Because many of our members belonged to DAV 91 it appears on our website.

At the regular meeting that evening Eddie Koh and Murdoch Ford were guests patiently awaiting our donation toward their Korean War Memorial. A few months ago the Exec. Board agreed to donate $1000 toward their memorial. It was brought up at the last meeting and approved by the membership. The Al Lopez Chapter in Tampa and the Korean Community had assisted Chapter 14 in their funding and it was time to repay the debt.
